IN Posterium you can create posts with a variety of inline buttons: choose their color, add links to them, save templates, edit and add new buttons after publishing the post.
A single button in a pinned post will be visible to subscribers. This can be used, for example, to create navigation by channel.
Telegram limit is up to 100 inline buttons per post.
Create a post with inline buttons on the site
Click Add inline buttons in the settings section Fast
In the window that opens, configure the buttons as you need
Click Add button, if you want to add buttons to the same row.
Button Add row, not surprisingly, adds a new row.
You can choose the color of the inline button.
In the field Text there must be some text.
Field https://… intended for reference, but itsYou can leave it empty if you want to make a non-clickable inline button.
The button with the floppy disk icon saves the template, and it can be used in other posts.

In Mini App, the functionality is identical, but the interface is adapted for mobile devices. The saved button templates for the site and the Mini App are common.

There is no choice of button colors or template functionality in the chat.
