You created a bot, connected a channel and want to publish or postpone a post using the chat version of the bot - how to do this?
Open a chat with your personal bot. Send text or content to the bot, or create a poll, video circle, or audio message. The bot will respond with a preview of the post and a settings menu for this post.
Click Publish for instant publication.
If you need to schedule the post, click the button Schedule, select the publication date and time and click Schedule post. The date and time can be selected using inline buttons (in 5 minute increments), or entered manually with an accuracy of the minute.
Sending time in format 14 30 or 14:30 will schedule a post for today if 14:30 has not yet arrived, or for tomorrow if the time has already passed.
Input in format 25.12.26 14:30 or 25 12 26 14 30 will schedule the post for 14:30 on December 25, 2026.
Scheduled scheduled posts
You can create a schedule for releasing posts in the section Schedule. The default is stream Default, but you can create your own streams, give them different schedules and settings. The functionality of streams is described in detail Here
After creating a schedule, you can send posts to the schedule with one click. Stream Default pinned by default: click on the stream and the post will be sent to the nearest free schedule slot. You can pin up to 5 streams.
Publishing posts in streams
Menu Channel streams contains All your streams, andallows for greater control over publishing. With it, you can select a stream before or while creating a post.
Selecting a stream before publishing will allow you to see the final appearance of the post, its settings, and change them.
There are two ways to select a stream
1. Stream preselection
You can select a stream in advance: the side (left) button in the main menu is responsible for this.
Press the side button and the stream selection menu will open:
In addition, before selecting a stream, you can activate the Mass posting.
Click on the stream and the bot will expect content.
Send content, and the bot will respond to you by sending you a preview of the post and a menu for setting it up, having already applied the stream settings, if any:
2. Selecting a stream during the post creation process
You can first send the bot content, and then select a stream during the process.
Send content to the chat with the bot, it will respond with a message with a preview and a message with post settings:
Then click on Channel streams and open a list of all streams:
Select the desired stream. The post settings menu will change:
You can schedule a post for any time, publish immediately, or add a post to the queue.
“Plan immediately” mode
